Advanced Courses and Techniques

Weapons Forms

In addition to open hand forms, students can learn a number of weapons forms including single and double broadsword, straight sword, staff, spear and kwon do.

China Na

China Na is system of close combat techniques comprising of traps, locks, holds and breaks. It focuses attacks against joints and 36 pressure points. Chin Na originated from the Shaolin temple where it was used by Buddhist monks for self defence without inflicting mortal injuries.

Yuang Yung Rings

A strength training system that uses a number of heavy iron rings on your arms. The exercises improves strength, speed and develops internal chi.

Iron Moneybag

A strength training system for fingers to grab and hold. It develops speed and reflexes and is a firm foundation for Chin Na.

Iron Palm

A strict training regimen used to develop strength in fingers, wrist and hands. It increases the effectiveness of empty hand strikes and blocks.

Nine Pillars Fighting System

A highly advanced course requiring extensive and disciplined training. It is a system designed to handle multiple attackers.
